Auto-responder configuration
If you need to set up an auto-responder for your email account, your first step is to log into the webmail interface.
- Upon logging in, click “Options” on the bottom left hand side of the page.
Click “Auto Response” in the menu on the top left side of the window.
- From this screen you can enable auto response and customize your message contents.
Click Update when complete.
- To disable Auto Response, follow the same process, just uncheck “Auto Response Enabled” and click Update.
